You acknowledge that:

AI-generated analyses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information You are solely responsible for verifying all data and conducting your own independent research Investment decisions based on Platform content are made at your own risk We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content

5. User Content and Uploads

You retain ownership of any documents, files, or data you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, analyze, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform's services to you.

You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights to upload all content Your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws Your content does not contain confidential information belonging to others without authorization

6. Limitation of Liability

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Account Termination and Suspension

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, and AI models, are owned by or licensed to RealEdgeX. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RealEdgeX and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Your use or misuse of the Platform Your violation of these Terms Your violation of any rights of third parties Content you upload or submit to the Platform

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
